About Us

Meigle and Ardler Community Development Trust (MACDT) is a community-led charitable trust that works towards enhancing the lives of people living and working in the area. 

Formed in 2020 by a group of volunteers who wanted to help revitalise the local community, the Trust is a small charity with a big ambition: we want the communities of Meigle and Ardler to thrive and flourish through community-led projects and support networks. 

The guiding principles of the Trust focus on promoting resilience, innovation and sustainability across the local area, and we are working on a number of exciting project as part of efforts to achieve that.
